Hungarian Grand Prix 2027 — travel guide

Hungaroring, Budapest (Mogyoród) · 30 Jul – 1 Aug 2027. Ticket prices come from our data (checked 2026-10-16); anything we do not know is marked “unknown”.

Getting there

The Hungaroring is at Mogyoród, about 20 km north-east of central Budapest. Budapest airport (BUD) is the nearest airport. From the city, the usual options are the HÉV suburban railway towards Gödöllő combined with race-weekend shuttle buses, organised coaches, or a taxi/car — check the organiser's travel page for the 2027 shuttle details.

Nearest airport: Budapest Ferenc Liszt (BUD), about 30 km from the circuit.

Getting there from Poland

From southern Poland this is the easiest race to drive to: Kraków or Katowice to Budapest runs via Slovakia (motorway vignettes needed in Slovakia and Hungary). From Warsaw, Gdańsk or Poznań, flying to Budapest is often simpler; check which direct routes operate in summer 2027 with the button below. Trains via Slovakia/Czechia are also an option.
