RaceFare — Terms of Service

Effective date: 18 October 2026. Version 1.0.

1. Who we are

RaceFare (racefare.com, including the Polish pages under /pl/, the "Site") is run by Firma Handlowa Kram Przemysław Stroiwąs, ul. Poznańska 21, 62-023 Borówiec, Poland, NIP 7773130990, entered in the Polish business register CEIDG ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

These Terms are the rules (regulamin) for our electronic services under the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means. They are available free of charge on the Site at racefare.com/terms/ (Polish version: racefare.com/pl/terms/), and you can save or print them.

2. Definitions

• User – anyone using the Site.
• Consumer – a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession (and a sole trader to the extent Polish law gives them consumer protection).
• Seller – an independent ticket seller, organiser or travel provider linked from the Site.
• Newsletter – our free email updates and price alerts.

3. Our services

All services are free of charge:

1. Information service – pages with Grand Prix ticket prices, price history, calendars, travel and viewing guides and links to Sellers.
2. Trip calculator – an estimating tool that runs in your browser.
3. Newsletter – emails about price changes, ticket sales and related travel information. They may contain commercial content, including affiliate links.

We do not sell tickets or travel, take payments or make bookings. If you buy from a Seller, your contract is with that Seller and on its terms. Check the Seller's identity, final price, availability, delivery and cancellation terms before you buy.

4. Technical requirements

You need an internet-connected device with a current web browser with JavaScript enabled (needed for the calculator and the signup form). For the Newsletter you need an active email address. Using the internet carries normal risks (e.g. malware, phishing); keep your software updated and check link destinations.

5. Rules of use

You may not provide unlawful content (e.g. in the signup form or emails to us), subscribe someone else's address without their permission, or interfere with the Site's operation.

6. Start and end of services

• Information service and calculator: the agreement starts when you open the Site and ends when you leave it.
• Newsletter: the agreement starts when you confirm your subscription by clicking the link in the confirmation email we send you after you submit the signup form. It runs for an indefinite period. You can unsubscribe at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, using the link in every email or by writing to [email protected]. We may end the Newsletter by giving 30 days' notice by email.
• Withdrawal: a Consumer may withdraw from the Newsletter agreement within 14 days without giving a reason, by sending a statement to [email protected] (no particular form needed). Unsubscribing at any time has the same practical effect.

7. Prices and information

• Prices and other facts come from publicly available sources, mainly Sellers' and organisers' websites, and are updated regularly. Each price shows the date it was last checked.
• Prices are informational. They may have changed since the check date and, unless stated otherwise, are per adult and exclude booking or service fees. Where we do not know a price, we say so.
• The final price and availability are set by the Seller. Always confirm them on the Seller's website before buying.
• Calculator results are estimates, not quotes.
• We take care to keep information accurate and correct errors we find or are told about.

8. How comparisons are ordered

The main parameters that decide which prices we show as "cheapest" are, in order: (1) the ticket category and duration (e.g. 3-day general admission or grandstand), (2) the type of seller (official organiser sources for headline figures), (3) the price. Sold-out offers are excluded from headline figures. Lists of events follow the race calendar. No payment or commission affects selection or order. Comparisons cover only the sellers and events we track, not the whole market.

9. Affiliate links

Some links on the Site and in the Newsletter are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. We work with affiliate networks and with ticket and travel providers. Purchases may be attributed to us using links with referral parameters, cookies or similar technologies – see the Privacy Policy. Affiliate relationships do not affect how prices are compared (section 8).

10. Independence and trademarks

RaceFare is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Formula 1, the FIA or any race organiser. Names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify events.

11. Content

The Site's original texts, design and code are protected. You may browse, link to and quote them within the limits of the law. Price facts and dates as such are not claimed as our property.

12. Complaints

Send complaints to [email protected], describing the problem and your expected solution. We reply within 14 days of receipt by email.

13. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may use free help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów), consumer organisations, or an ADR body listed at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. Consumers from other EU countries may contact the European Consumer Centre (konsument.gov.pl). (The EU ODR platform was closed on 20 July 2025.) Using these routes is voluntary and does not limit your right to go to court.

14. Liability

We are responsible for our services under the law. We are not responsible for Sellers' services, prices or contracts, or for temporary unavailability of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or the statutory rights of Consumers.

15. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Changes and governing law

We may change these Terms for important reasons (a change in the law, in our services or providers, or for security). We will publish the new version with its effective date; Newsletter subscribers will be told by email at least 14 days in advance and may unsubscribe. Polish law applies; a Consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. The English and Polish versions are equivalent.
